Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 125 mm
• Pack quantity: 6 discs
• Intended use: orbital and disc sanders accepting 125 mm pads
• Material compatibility: wood and painted surfaces
• Application: general sanding and light surface preparation

How to use

Select a disc that matches the required abrasive grade for your task and attach it to a compatible 125 mm sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions. Ensure the sander is disconnected from power before fitting the disc. Work with steady, even strokes over the surface, applying light to moderate pressure and allowing the abrasive to do the cutting. Replace discs when they show significant wear or reduced cutting performance to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, dust mask and hearing protection. For painted surfaces, test on a small area first to check compatibility with the abrasive grade. Store discs flat in a dry environment to avoid deformation and keep spare discs available to minimize downtime during larger sanding tasks.
