Schuurschijven set Bosch 2608902399 Ø125 mm, 6 stuks

Set of six Bosch sanding discs with a diameter of 125 mm, designed for use with orbital and random-orbit sanders that accept 125 mm discs. The set provides replacement abrasives for continuous sanding, surface preparation and finishing tasks on wood, painted surfaces and composite materials. These discs help maintain consistent sanding performance and reduce downtime by supplying multiple replacements in one pack.

Advantages

The sanding disc set offers uniform abrasive surface and a standard 125 mm diameter that fits many common orbital sanders. Having six discs in the set reduces the need for frequent reordering and ensures spare abrasives are available during longer projects. The discs are suitable for progressive material removal and smoothing, helping to achieve an even surface prior to painting or finishing.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wooden surfaces
• Removing old paint, varnish or coatings
• Surface preparation before painting or lacquering
• Intermediate sanding between finishing coats
• Light material removal on composites and MDF

Key specifications

• Quantity in set: 6 pieces
• Disc diameter: 125 mm
• Compatible tool type: orbital and random-orbit sanders that accept 125 mm discs
• Intended applications: sanding, smoothing, paint and varnish removal, surface preparation

How to use

Attach a 125 mm disc to a compatible orbital or random-orbit sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions. Start with moderate pressure and keep the sander moving to avoid creating low spots or burning the surface. Replace the disc when abrasive performance decreases or when clogging affects the sanding result. Use appropriate safety gear such as eye protection and a dust mask, and follow standard safe work practices for power sanding.

Recommendations

For best results, select a disc grit appropriate to the task (coarser grits for rapid material removal, finer grits for finishing). Maintain steady, overlapping passes and do not apply excessive pressure to prolong disc life and preserve an even surface finish.
