Key specifications

• Diameter: 125 mm
• Quantity in pack: 6 pieces
• Compatibility: for use with 125 mm orbital and random-orbit sanders that accept 125 mm discs
• Application materials: wood, painted surfaces and similar substrates depending on selected grit
• Function: abrasive sanding for surface preparation and finishing

How to use

Attach a disc to a compatible 125 mm sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring secure fastening before operation. Select a grit appropriate for the task—coarser grits for paint removal or rapid stock removal, finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Move the sander evenly across the work surface with light, consistent pressure to avoid gouging. Replace the disc when abrasion performance diminishes or the backing is worn.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment such as dust mask, eye protection and hearing protection when sanding. Test on a small area to confirm the selected grit gives the desired finish. Store unused discs flat in a dry place to maintain their flatness and performance.
