Schuurschijven-set Bosch 2608902441 Ø150 mm, 6 stuks

Set of six Bosch sanding discs with a 150 mm diameter designed for use with compatible orbital and random-orbit sanders. These sanding discs are intended for material removal, surface preparation and finishing on wood, painted surfaces and similar substrates. The discs are easy to attach and replace, helping to maintain consistent sanding performance across multiple tasks.

Advantages

The Bosch sanding disc set offers uniform abrasive coverage and consistent grit performance to achieve even surface results. Designed for compatibility with standard 150 mm sanding pads, the discs provide reliable adhesion and straightforward replacement. Their construction supports efficient dust evacuation when used with sanders that include vacuum or dust-collection features, which helps maintain visibility of the work surface and extends abrasive life under typical working conditions.

Suitable for

• Wood shaping and surface smoothing
• Paint and varnish removal prior to refinishing
• Intermediate sanding between coats of finish
• Preparing surfaces for painting or staining

Key specifications

• Quantity: 6 pieces
• Diameter: 150 mm
• Form factor: round disc suitable for orbital and random-orbit sanders
• Abrasive type: general-purpose sanding abrasive for wood and painted surfaces
• Attachment: compatible with standard hook-and-loop or adhesive sanding pad systems (depending on sander)

How to use

Attach a sanding disc to the sander following the tool manufacturer's instructions for pad and disc alignment. Start sanding with light pressure and move the sander in steady passes across the workpiece to avoid gouging. Use progressively finer grits if required to reach the desired surface smoothness. Replace discs when abrasive performance decreases or when the disc shows signs of wear or clogging.

Recommendations

For best results, match the abrasive grit to the task: coarser grits for rapid material removal and finer grits for finish sanding. Use dust extraction where available and wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask. Store discs flat in a dry environment to preserve adhesive and abrasive properties.
