Schuurschijvenset Bosch 2608902401 Ø125 mm, 6 stuks

Set of six Bosch sanding discs with a diameter of 125 mm designed for use with compatible orbital and random-orbit sanders. The set provides a straightforward way to replace worn abrasive discs and maintain consistent sanding performance across woodworking, paint removal and surface preparation tasks. Discs are intended for general-purpose sanding of wood, painted surfaces and light fillers, helping to create an even base for subsequent finishing or coating.

Advantages

The sanding disc set offers uniform abrasive coverage and predictable wear for reproducible results. Discs are sized to fit standard 125 mm sanders, ensuring quick replacement and stable attachment during operation. The pack of six reduces downtime by providing several spare discs for successive tasks and small projects. Materials and grit selection deliver effective material removal while maintaining surface control to avoid over-sanding sensitive areas.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wooden surfaces prior to finishing
• Removing old paint, varnish or lacquer from furniture and fixtures
• Light filler and putty leveling before repainting
• Intermediate sanding between paint or varnish coats
• Small renovation and DIY projects requiring standard 125 mm discs

Key specifications

• Diameter: 125 mm
• Quantity in set: 6 pieces
• Compatibility: orbital and random-orbit sanders that accept 125 mm discs
• Application: wood, paint, light fillers and surface preparation
• Attachment: standard hook-and-loop or compatible fastening for 125 mm discs

How to use

Select a disc with the appropriate abrasive grade for the task, mount it securely on a compatible 125 mm orbital or random-orbit sander, and confirm the fastening system is engaged. Start sanding with light to moderate pressure, moving the sander evenly across the surface to avoid creating low spots. For paint removal or coarse work, begin with a coarser abrasive and progress to finer grits for finishing. Replace discs when the abrasive surface is worn or clogged to maintain consistent performance.

Recommendations

Use recommended personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask when sanding. Test a disc on a small, inconspicuous area to verify abrasive aggressiveness and finish quality. For best results on larger surfaces, change to a finer grit for final sanding and clean dust from the surface before applying paints or coatings.
