Smart Ring Colmi R03 18,1 mm maat 8 zwart

Colmi R03 smart ring (size 8, inner diameter 18.1 mm) in black provides convenient access to health and activity data via the QRing app. The titanium alloy ring is lightweight (4.7 g), water resistant to 5ATM and comes with a magnetic charging case and USB-C cable. It records sleep stages and quality, continuous heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, calories and distance, and supports 21 sports modes. The ring pairs with Android, iOS and Harmony OS devices over Bluetooth 5.0 and receives OTA updates.

Advantages

The Colmi R03 combines compact design and durability: titanium alloy construction resists corrosion and wear while the 5ATM rating allows use during swimming and intense workouts. The included charging case extends operating time by recharging the ring up to 13 times on a single case charge. Lightweight construction and a variety of sensors provide continuous health monitoring and activity tracking accessible in the QRing app.

How to use

Install the QRing app on an Android or iOS device, enable Bluetooth and follow the app pairing instructions to connect the Colmi R03. Wear the ring on a comfortable finger so sensors maintain contact with skin. Use the app to view daily, weekly and monthly reports for heart rate, sleep, SpO2 and activity data. Place the ring in the magnetic charging case and connect the case via the included USB-C cable to recharge the case and the ring; a full charge of the ring takes about 1 hour.

Recommendations

Charge the case before first use and keep the ring clean and dry except when swimming; although rated to 5ATM, avoid exposing the ring to detergents or salt water for prolonged periods. For accurate measurements, wear the ring snugly and ensure the sensor area contacts the skin. Use the QRing app to update firmware via OTA and to review health reports regularly.
