Recommendations

For accurate health readings, wear the Colmi V89 snugly on the wrist and keep the firmware and app updated. Avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity or submersion; IP67 protects against splashes but is not suitable for swimming. Charge regularly to maintain measurement and notification functions.
