Steeksleutel Gedore 2668882

The Gedore 2668882 open end wrench is a single-piece, Swedish-pattern 15° jaw set tool made from chrome-vanadium steel. It features a roller with left-hand thread and an integrated scale. The wrench has a protected mechanism and an additional striking face that allow light hammer blows without impairing function. Versions JC and JP include a comfort two-component plastic handle and a grip recess for secure hold even with greasy hands; a hanging hole is provided for storage.

Advantages

Durable chrome-vanadium construction and ground head provide long service life and precise fit. The protected mechanism and extra striking face permit controlled light impacts. Comfort two-component handle (JC, JP) reduces fatigue and improves grip; the grip recess enhances hold when hands are greasy. Available with nickel and chrome plating (version C) or manganese phosphated finish (version P).

How to use

Select the correct size and position the 15° jaw on the fastener to obtain a positive engagement. For tasks requiring light blows, use the additional striking face and apply controlled impacts; the protected mechanism maintains functionality. Use the comfort handle versions (JC, JP) when extended grip comfort or working with greasy hands is necessary. Hang on the storage hole when not in use.

Recommendations

Inspect the wrench before use for wear or damage; avoid heavy hammering beyond light blows to the striking face. Choose the appropriate finish and handle version for the working environment (corrosion-resistant plating for cleaner environments, manganese phosphate for rougher workshop use).
