Electrolux PD82-4MB is a cylinder vacuum designed for dry home cleaning. It uses a 3.5 L dust bag and EPA E12 (Hygiene 12) filtration to retain fine particles. The cleaner operates from a 230 V / 50 Hz mains supply, offers variable power control with a maximum input power listed as 500 W in the provided specification, and reaches an operating radius of 12 m. The appliance features a stainless-steel tube, button controls, a carrying handle, and a nine-metre power cord. Intended for routine cleaning of carpets and similar floor surfaces, it produces a noise level of approximately 57 dB.

Advantages

The vacuum combines EPA E12 filtration with a 3.5 L dust bag for effective particle retention and reduced dust exposure during bag changes. Its stainless-steel tube and button controls provide straightforward handling, while a long 9 m cord and 12 m operating radius increase reach without frequent socket changes. The relatively low noise level (57 dB) supports quieter operation compared with many domestic vacuums.

How to use

Connect the vacuum to a 230 V mains outlet, select the desired power level using the variable power control, and extend the stainless-steel tube and appropriate floor nozzle for carpets or hard floors. Ensure a dust bag is correctly fitted before operation. Move the cleaner over surfaces at a steady pace, using the 12 m operating radius to reduce the need to change sockets. Empty or replace the dust bag when the capacity is reached and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for filter replacement to maintain EPA E12 filtration performance.

Recommendations

Do not use the vacuum in damp conditions or on wet surfaces. Follow safety warnings and local disposal guidelines for used dust bags and filters.
