Stroomkabel BASETech 1593780 zwart 3m

The BASETech 1593780 Black 3m power cable provides a 3‑metre connection with Type F (Schuko) plugs on both ends, built from H05VV‑F 3G cable for general-purpose mains use. It is intended for supplying power to household and office equipment where a detachable mains lead with Schuko connectors is required. The cable's length and flexible construction support installation across rooms and behind furniture while maintaining continuity of the mains connection.

Advantages

The H05VV‑F 3G construction combines flexibility and mechanical resistance suitable for indoor routing. Type F connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with appliances and wall sockets designed for Schuko plugs. At 3 metres, the cable offers extended reach without introducing multiple extension points. The black jacket provides discreet appearance and resistance to visible soiling, and the cable is manufactured to meet standard safety and insulation requirements for portable mains leads.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, monitors and printers to mains sockets
• Powering AV equipment, set‑top boxes and audio systems
• Supplying power to office equipment such as scanners and small network devices
• Use in home offices or workspaces where a longer mains lead is needed

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 metres
• Plug type: Type F (Schuko) on both ends
• Cable type: H05VV‑F, 3 conductors (3G)
• Conductor material: copper (stranded) for flexible mains leads
• Outer colour: black
• Intended use: indoor mains connection for portable appliances

How to use

Fully insert the Type F plug into the appliance inlet and the opposite plug into a compatible wall socket. Ensure the cable is not twisted tightly, run without sharp bends and avoid placing it under heavy furniture or across high‑traffic walkways. Disconnect by pulling the plug rather than the cable, and switch off the appliance before connecting or disconnecting to reduce arcing. Regularly inspect the jacket and connectors for damage and replace the cable if any insulation cracks, exposed conductors or connector deformation are present.

Recommendations

Use this cable only with appliances and sockets rated for the local mains voltage and frequency. Do not use outdoors or in permanently concealed installations. If higher current capacity, additional strain relief or earthed appliance inlets with specific locking features are required, select a cable or lead set matched to those requirements.
