Tangenset Bosch VDE Professional 3-delig, geïsoleerd rood/geel, model 1600A02NG0

Bosch VDE Professional 3-piece pliers set (insulated red/yellow) provides a compact combination of cutting, gripping and crimping tools designed for safe electrical work. The set is intended for use by electricians and technicians who require VDE-rated insulation for live and potentially live circuits. Handles feature high-visibility red and yellow colouring to indicate insulated tools, while the pliers’ working ends are manufactured to Bosch quality standards for reliable mechanical performance during installation and maintenance tasks.

Advantages

The insulated grips are tested to provide protection against electrical shock up to specified voltage ratings, supporting safer handling on live circuits. The three-piece configuration combines a cutting plier, a combination/gripping plier and a long-nose or crimping variant to cover common tasks without the need for multiple separate tools. Compact dimensions and ergonomic handles reduce fatigue during extended use and allow access in confined spaces. Durable steel construction and precision-ground jaws ensure consistent cutting and gripping performance over repeated use.

Suitable for

• Electrical installation and maintenance work on residential and commercial systems
• Cutting and stripping wires, gripping small components and bending or forming conductors
• Field service, panel work and household electrical repairs where insulated tools are required

Key specifications

• Set composition: three insulated pliers covering cutting, gripping and crimping/long-nose tasks
• Handle design: insulated, red and yellow high-visibility handles for identification of electrical protection
• Insulation: compliant VDE-rated insulation for safe work on live circuits (tested to applicable VDE standards)
• Material: forged steel jaws with precision-ground cutting edges and corrosion-resistant finish
• Ergonomics: compact size suitable for confined spaces with non-slip grip surface

How to use

Select the appropriate pliers from the set for the required task: use the cutting plier for trimming and cutting conductors, the combination plier for gripping, twisting and general-purpose tasks, and the long-nose or crimping plier for reaching into tight areas or forming crimps. Before use, visually inspect the insulated handles and tool condition for any damage. Use the tools only within their rated voltage and mechanical limits and avoid exposing insulation to solvents or excessive heat. Maintain correct hand placement on insulated sections of the handles and keep fingers clear of the jaws when performing cuts or crimps.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect insulation and tool integrity prior to work. Clean tools after use, store in a dry environment, and remove any damaged items from service. For work on live circuits, verify voltage ratings and follow local electrical safety regulations and safe working practices.
