How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate ventilation around the unit. Insert the cooking basket and add the food according to the recommended portion sizes for a 5-litre capacity. Use the touch panel and LCD to select the cooking program or set a manual temperature and time; for delicate tasks select temperatures near 40 °C. Start the program and periodically check progress through the basket; shake or turn food if the recipe requires even browning. After cooking, switch off and allow the appliance to cool before removing the basket and cleaning removable parts according to the manufacturer’s care instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the fryer briefly when a recipe calls for a hot start, avoid overfilling the basket to maintain airflow, and use minimal oil to achieve crisp textures. Clean the basket and interior regularly to prevent residue buildup that can affect performance and noise levels.
