Why choose it

This tape is engineered for the demanding environment of automotive wiring. The PET fleece construction offers excellent abrasion resistance, protecting cables from wear and tear caused by vibration and friction. The rubber-based adhesive ensures a strong bond on various surfaces, while the tape remains flexible and easy to tear by hand, speeding up installation. Its noise damping properties reduce rattles and squeaks, contributing to a quieter ride. With a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 105 °C, it performs reliably in both cold starts and hot engine bays.

Ideal use cases

• Bundling and protecting wiring harnesses in engine compartments
• Securing cables in automotive production and repair
• Damping noise from vibrating wire looms
• General-purpose harness wrapping in harsh environments

Good to know

While not flame retardant, this tape meets RoHS standards and resists common automotive fluids, making it a safe and durable choice for professional use. Its hand tearability eliminates the need for scissors, saving time on the line.
