The North Face Verto Approach GORE-TEX schoenen TNF Black / TNF Black Maat 39

Technical approach shoes built for precision on rock and comfort on the trail. The Verto Approach GORE-TEX delivers waterproof, breathable protection and a sticky Vibram Megagrip outsole for confident scrambling, via ferrata, and light hiking. Extended lacing to the toe lets you fine-tune fit for edging and smearing, while the OrthoLite footbed and EVA midsole keep feet fresh over long approaches.

Advantages

GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane seals out water without trapping heat, so feet stay dry through stream crossings and spring snow. The Vibram Megagrip rubber compound grips wet and dry rock equally well, and the protective toe cap shrugs off scree and sharp edges. A reinforced heel adds durability for descents, while the synthetic mesh upper with TPU overlays balances breathability and support.

Suitable for

• Technical approaches and scrambling on granite, limestone, and sandstone
• Via ferrata routes where precise foot placement matters
• Light hiking and fastpacking in wet or variable conditions
• Everyday wear around town when you want trail-ready traction
