Toetsenbordschakelaar-dempers Glorious PC Gaming Race O-ring 1,5 mm siliconen transparant

Keyboard switch dampener Glorious PC Gaming Race O-Ring 1.5 mm silicone translucent are silicone O-rings designed to fit standard mechanical keyboard switches. With a 1.5 mm thickness and translucent colour, these dampeners reduce the noise produced when switches bottom out and cushion the impact between the keycap and switch stem, providing a quieter and slightly softer typing feel. They are compatible with LED backlighting and standard switch stems used in most mechanical keyboards.

Advantages

These 1.5 mm silicone O-rings reduce bottom-out noise and lessen the harsh impact of keypresses without affecting switch functionality. The translucent material does not interfere with RGB or LED backlighting. Installation is simple and reversible, and the dampeners slightly soften the tactile feel for more comfortable typing during gaming or office work.

Suitable for

• Mechanical keyboard users who want to reduce key noise
• Gamers who voice chat while playing
• Content creators recording typing or voiceovers
• Office environments where quieter keyboards are preferred

How to use

Remove the keycap from the switch stem, place an O-ring over the stem so it sits around the stem post where the keycap will contact, then reattach the keycap. Ensure the O-ring is seated evenly to avoid uneven key travel. Repeat for each key you wish to dampen. No tools are required for installation, though a keycap puller can speed up the process.

Recommendations

Use these O-rings on keys where bottom-out noise is most noticeable (for example, spacebar, enter, shift, and frequently used keys). Test a small number of keys first to confirm the feel and sound meet your preference before installing across the entire keyboard.
