Tips

To get the most out of your chair, adjust the seat height so your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees are at a 90-degree angle. Use the auto-synchronous mechanism to allow natural movement and periodically change your sitting position. For carpeted floors, the braked castors provide extra safety and stability.
