TOSHIBA lint wax 110mm 600m

For high-volume industrial labelling, the Toshiba BEX60110AG3 wax thermal transfer ribbon delivers consistent, crisp black prints at widths up to 110 mm and lengths of 600 m per roll. Unlike generic wax ribbons that fade or smear under handling, this ribbon's high-performance wax formulation offers excellent smudge and scratch resistance, making it suitable for shipping labels, retail tags, and inventory tracking where durability matters. Its 1-inch cardboard core and ink-out winding ensure smooth feeding and minimal downtime on compatible Toshiba printers, while the flat-head printhead compatibility broadens its use across many industrial thermal transfer systems.

Highlights

• 110 mm width and 600 m length for fewer roll changes in demanding environments
• High-performance wax ink for sharp, dark prints on coated and uncoated paper, vellum, and tag stock
• Ink-out (face-out) winding and 1" cardboard core for reliable, jam-free operation
• Compatible with Toshiba B-EX4T1, B-SX4, B-SX5, B-SA4T, B-FV4T, and B-EV4T series printers
• Supports print speeds up to 12 IPS for high-throughput applications
• RoHS and REACH compliant for environmental safety

In daily use

This ribbon is engineered for logistics, warehousing, and retail operations where label clarity and durability are non-negotiable. It prints reliably on a wide range of substrates, from lightweight vellum to heavy tag stock, and its wide 110 mm format covers most standard label sizes. The wax formulation balances cost-effectiveness with performance, providing good resistance to smudging and scratching during normal handling. With a 600 m roll length, operators spend less time replacing ribbons and more time on productive tasks. The ink-out winding is optimised for Toshiba's flat-head printheads, ensuring consistent transfer and minimal ribbon wrinkle.
