Veiligheidspylon IWH 540320 — kunststof, licht opvouwbaar

Folding safety cone IWH 540320 is a plastic traffic cone designed for temporary marking and hazard indication. The cone folds flat for compact storage and easy transport, allowing rapid deployment where a visible, lightweight barrier is required. Its bright surface and standard cone shape provide a clear visual cue for drivers and pedestrians in roadside situations, parking areas, construction zones, and event locations.

Advantages

The folding design reduces storage space and simplifies transport, making the cone practical for vehicles, service kits, and small storage rooms. Constructed from durable plastic, it resists weathering and provides stable performance in typical outdoor conditions. Lightweight construction ensures single-person handling and quick setup, while the recognizable cone silhouette maintains effective visibility for temporary traffic control and hazard marking.

How to use

Unfold the cone and place it on a flat, stable surface at the location requiring marking. Position multiple cones as needed to form a visible barrier or guide traffic around a hazard. After use, collapse the cone by folding it flat according to the built-in hinge mechanism and store it in a vehicle compartment or storage bag. Ensure the cone is clean and dry before folding to avoid trapping debris or moisture inside.

Recommendations

For effective visibility, place cones at regular intervals and supplement with reflective tape or lighting in low-light conditions. Inspect the cone periodically for cracks or excessive wear and replace if stability or visibility is compromised. Store folded cones away from direct heat sources to prevent deformation of the plastic.
