Key specifications

• Working width: 43 cm
• Brush rotation speed: 150 RPM
• Drive type: single-disc driven scrubber
• Brush/pad system: replaceable brush or pad mounting compatible with single-disc accessories
• Suitable floor types: hard, resilient and sealed surfaces such as tile, linoleum and polished concrete
• Manoeuvrability: compact design for use in confined spaces

How to use

Before operation, inspect the working brush or pad and fit the appropriate accessory for the floor type. Connect the machine to a suitable power source and set the working speed; use steady forward passes to scrub the floor surface, overlapping each pass slightly to ensure even coverage. For stubborn dirt, apply a suitable cleaning solution according to the floor manufacturer’s recommendations and allow dwell time before scrubbing. After use, switch off and disconnect power, remove and clean or replace the brush or pad as required, and perform basic maintenance checks such as inspecting cables and fastening points.

Recommendations

Use brushes or pads matched to the floor material and soil type, and avoid aggressive pads on delicate sealed floors. Regularly check and replace worn brushes to maintain cleaning performance. For large continuous areas or heavy soiling consider machines with wider working widths or higher torque, while the BDS 43/150 C Classic is optimised for smaller areas and spot cleaning tasks.
