VOLTCRAFT VC-12720305 digitale tangmultimeter, ISO gekalibreerd, IP54 spatwaterdicht, CAT IV 600V, 6000 counts, True RMS, auto-ranging, 600A AC/DC

Electricians and maintenance technicians working in damp or dusty environments need a reliable tool that can handle high-energy circuits safely. The VOLTCRAFT VC-12720305 digital clamp meter combines a true RMS multimeter with a 30 mm jaw opening, allowing you to measure AC/DC current up to 600 A without breaking the circuit. Its IP54 splash-proof housing and CAT IV 600 V safety rating make it suitable for measurements at the source of low-voltage installations, while the ISO calibration certificate ensures traceable accuracy for professional documentation.

Why choose it

The VC-12720305 stands out with its combination of high safety category, splash protection, and ISO calibration. Unlike basic clamp meters, it measures both AC and DC current, and true RMS ensures precise readings even on distorted waveforms from variable frequency drives or LED lighting. The included calibration certificate saves you time and cost on external calibration, making it ready for use in quality-controlled environments.

Ideal use cases

• Electrical installation testing in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of motors, HVAC systems, and power distribution panels
• Field service where measurements must be documented to ISO standards
• Outdoor or wet-area measurements thanks to IP54 protection

Good to know

The meter is powered by three AAA batteries, which are easy to replace and widely available. The temperature function requires a K-type thermocouple (not included). The 6000-count display provides high resolution for precise readings, and the backlight helps in dimly lit panels. The device is designed for one-handed operation with a rugged, ergonomic body.
