Vulpotlood Staedtler Triplus Micro 774 1,3 mm B

The Staedtler Triplus Micro 774 mechanical pencil with a 1.3 mm B lead is designed for precise, consistent writing and sketching. Its ergonomic triangular barrel supports a natural grip to reduce hand fatigue during extended use. The pencil’s grey body provides a restrained, professional appearance, and its German manufacturing ensures dimensional accuracy and durable construction suitable for everyday use.

Advantages

The triangular shape promotes a stable hold and improves control for accurate lines. A 1.3 mm B lead delivers a darker, softer stroke compared with harder grades, making it suitable for legible writing and expressive sketching. The construction emphasizes reliability and balance, while the exterior finish resists slipping and is easy to clean.

Key specifications

• Lead thickness: 1.3 mm
• Lead grade: B (soft, dark stroke)
• Barrel shape: triangular ergonomic design
• Barrel color: grey
• Manufacturing origin: Germany
• Suitable for: writing, sketching, technical note-taking

How to use

Advance the lead gently using the pencil’s mechanism to expose the desired length; avoid excessive extension to reduce breakage. Hold the triangular barrel between thumb, index and middle finger for best control. Replace the lead when lines become faint or uneven, and store the pencil capped or in a pencil case to protect the tip.

Recommendations

For consistent line quality with the 1.3 mm B lead, use on medium-weight paper and apply moderate pressure. For fine details, reduce pressure or use a harder grade lead; for darker shading or bolder strokes, maintain a slightly softer angle and consistent pressure.
