Wandmontage rack Triton 19 inch rack wandmontage 12U/500

The Triton 19" Rack Wall-mount 12U/500 is a wall-mounted network cabinet with a glass or full-metal front door and adjustable 19" vertical rails. The cabinet supports standard 19" components and provides cable entry points on the top and bottom, covered with removable break-out panels. Perforated rails and panels allow natural air circulation to help cool installed equipment. The cabinet has robust hinges that allow the door to open up to 180° and maintains standard cabinet height and specified depth. Materials include 5 mm hardened safety glass for the door and steel sheet construction.

Advantages

The wall-mounted rack offers space-saving installation and secure storage for networking equipment with a glass or metal door option. Adjustable vertical rails simplify mounting and depth adjustment of 19" components while perforation improves passive cooling. Break-out cable entries on the top and bottom enable convenient cable routing without modifying the structure. The door hinges open to 180°, facilitating access during installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Small server rooms and network closets
• Office network equipment and patch panels
• Security and telecommunications installations
• Environments requiring wall-mounted, space-saving racks

How to use

Mount the cabinet securely to a suitable wall structure using appropriate anchors and fasteners for the wall type and the cabinet weight. Adjust the 19" vertical rails forward or backward to match the depth of the installed equipment, then mount devices and patch panels to the rails. Route cables through the top or bottom break-out panels, removing the blanking sections as needed with a screwdriver or similar tool. Use the door with its 180° hinges to access equipment during installation and maintenance. Refer to the manufacturer’s technical tables for exact internal dimensions before fitting large equipment.

Recommendations

Install on a load-bearing wall and do not exceed the stated maximum load of 25 kg. Ensure proper ventilation and avoid blocking perforated panels to maintain passive cooling. Use appropriate cable management to prevent strain on connectors and rails.
