Webcam-afdekking-slider-pack, Lamptron LAMP-AP304, set met 3 camera-afdekkingen

The Lamptron Webcam Cover Slider Pack (set of 3) provides a simple physical privacy solution for laptops, monitors and external webcams. Each slim cover attaches over the camera housing and uses a manual sliding mechanism to block or expose the lens as needed. The low-profile design is intended to remain discreet when open and to fully cover the camera aperture when closed, offering quick, hardware-based control over camera visibility without relying on software settings.

Advantages

These webcam cover sliders are lightweight and compact, allowing installation on a variety of devices without adding bulk. The manual slide is reliable and does not require power or drivers, ensuring immediate camera blocking. Supplied as a set of three, the covers allow simultaneous protection for multiple devices or spare replacements. The covers are designed for simple adhesion to flat or slightly curved surfaces and are unobtrusive when not in use.

Suitable for

• Laptops and notebooks with built-in webcams
• External USB webcams and camera modules
• Desktop monitors and all-in-one displays
• Shared or public workstations where quick camera privacy is needed

Key specifications

• Quantity: pack of 3 slim slide covers
• Type: manual sliding webcam cover
• Mounting: adhesive attachment for flat or lightly curved surfaces
• Profile: low-profile design to minimize obstruction when open
• Material: durable plastic construction suitable for repeated sliding

How to use

Clean the camera housing area with a lint-free cloth and ensure the surface is dry before installation. Peel the adhesive backing and position the cover so the sliding aperture aligns with the camera lens; press firmly to secure. To block the camera, slide the cover over the lens until the aperture is fully covered. Slide the cover open when camera access is required. No tools, power source or software installation are necessary; the cover operates entirely by manual movement.

Recommendations

For best adhesion, avoid installing on heavily textured or oily surfaces and wait 24 hours after application before subjecting the device to regular travel or frequent handling. Periodically check the adhesive and reapply a suitable, non-residue tape if the original adhesive weakens. Keep the sliding track free of debris to maintain smooth operation.
