Wigkussen IWH Premium Relax rugsteun gezond zitten

Wedge Cushion IWH Premium Relax Back Support Healthy Sitting is an ergonomically shaped seat cushion that supports the lower back and promotes a healthier sitting posture. The wedge profile tilts the pelvis slightly forward to reduce lumbar strain and improve comfort during prolonged sitting at home, in the office or while traveling. The cushion is suitable for use on chairs, car seats and wheelchairs and comes with a removable cover for easy cleaning.

Advantages

The IWH Premium Relax wedge cushion provides targeted lumbar support through its angled design, helping to relieve pressure on the intervertebral discs and encourage an upright sitting position. Its compact, lightweight construction makes it easy to transfer between seats, and the removable cover simplifies maintenance. The cushion's shape and firmness are selected to balance support and comfort for extended use.

How to use

Place the wedge cushion on the seat with the thicker edge at the rear so it tilts the pelvis forward and supports the lumbar region. Sit back so your lower back rests against the raised part of the cushion and adjust position as needed for comfort. For use in a car, ensure the cushion does not interfere with seatbelt position or airbag operation. Follow the cover care instructions for cleaning.

Recommendations

Use the cushion as part of an overall approach to healthy sitting: combine regular posture checks, short standing breaks and seat adjustments. Do not use the cushion if it causes discomfort; consult a healthcare professional when addressing existing back conditions.
