WLAN access point houder HPE ARUBA NETWORKING AP-500H-MNTD2 wit

The HPE ARUBA NETWORKING AP-500H-MNTD2 white WLAN access point mount is designed to provide a secure and stable installation solution for compatible AP-500H access points. Its neutral white finish integrates with common ceiling and wall environments, while the mounting design supports correct alignment and reliable attachment to standard building surfaces. The mount is intended to help maintain optimal wireless performance by holding the access point in the recommended position and preventing unwanted movement.

Advantages

The mount offers a reliable mechanical interface between the access point and the installation surface, reducing vibration and minimizing the risk of accidental displacement. Its white colour provides visual compatibility with most interior finishes, and the construction supports straightforward fitting procedures for professional or onsite technicians. The accessory is engineered to align the access point for consistent RF coverage and secure cable routing.

Key specifications

• Colour: white
• Compatibility: designed for AP-500H form-factor access points
• Mounting type: ceiling and wall compatible mount
• Material: durable installation-grade materials for stable attachment
• Function: secures access point position and supports cable routing

How to use

Position the mount on the chosen ceiling or wall surface and mark fixing points according to the mounting template supplied with the access point. Fix the bracket securely using appropriate fasteners for the substrate (for example, screws and anchors for drywall or concrete anchors for masonry). Attach the access point to the mount following the device manufacturer’s alignment instructions to ensure correct orientation and secure connection. Route network and power cables through the mount openings or cable channels to maintain strain relief and prevent interference with the unit.

Recommendations

Use appropriate installation hardware for the building material, verify that the chosen location provides the intended RF coverage, and avoid mounting directly adjacent to large metal structures or dense obstacles. Periodically check mounting tightness and cable integrity during routine maintenance.
