ZWILLING MILANO braadpan 28 cm blauw

Uneven heat and sticking food can ruin a good meal. The ZWILLING MILANO frying pan solves this with a forged aluminium body that distributes heat evenly across all hob types, including induction. Its Duraslide® Ultra non-stick coating releases food effortlessly and is scratch-resistant and PFOA-free. The 28 cm diameter offers ample space for searing, sautéing, and everyday cooking. The ergonomic plastic handle stays cool on the hob, providing a secure grip. While not oven-safe, the pan can be kept warm up to 70°C. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the coating.
