19 inch lasbox VALUE 21.99.0649 — 1U, 24× SC-DX LC-Quad, zwart

VALUE 21.99.0649 is a 19" splice box in a 1U form factor, designed to accommodate 24 SC-DX LC-Quad connectors in a compact black chassis. The unit provides organized fiber splicing and termination within standard rack systems, enabling neat routing of patch cords and secure protection for splice points. It is intended for installation in telecommunication cabinets and data center racks where space-efficient fiber management is required.

Advantages

The splice box combines a slim 1U footprint with capacity for 24 SC-DX LC-Quad connections, allowing high-density fiber termination in limited rack space. Its black chassis offers a professional appearance and compatibility with standard 19" rack mounts. Internal management features protect splices and support orderly cable routing, which simplifies maintenance and reduces the risk of fiber damage during handling.

Suitable for

• Telecommunication cabinets and wall-mounted racks
• Data center fiber termination and consolidation points
• Central offices and equipment rooms needing compact splice management
• Network upgrades requiring organized transition between trunk fibers and patch panels

Key specifications

• Rack size: 19"
• Height: 1U
• Connector capacity: 24 × SC-DX LC-Quad
• Color: black
• Function: fiber splice and termination box with internal fiber management

How to use

Install the splice box into a standard 19" rack or cabinet at the chosen U position and secure it with appropriate fasteners. Route incoming and outgoing fiber cables into the chassis through the available entry points, taking care to maintain minimum bend radii. Prepare and splice fibers according to your chosen splicing method, then place splices into the internal protection holders. Terminate patch cords or pigtails on the SC-DX LC-Quad interfaces and route them neatly along the built-in guides to the front or rear access area for connection to active equipment.

Recommendations

Handle fibers with care and observe recommended bend radii during installation. Use appropriate splice protectors and ensure splices are seated in the protection holders. Plan cable routing to allow service access and avoid overcrowding the 1U space to maintain fiber performance and simplify future maintenance.
