1K afdichtmiddel Fischer 53094 zwart 310 ml

Fischer 53094 Black 310 ml is a one-component (1K) black sealant designed for sealing joints and connections on a range of common building materials, including glass, masonry, PVC, stone and wood. Supplied in a 310 ml cartridge, the sealant has an open time of about 15 minutes and cures to form a durable, elastic seal that is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Advantages

The product offers strong adhesion to multiple substrates without a separate primer in many cases, providing weather resistance and long-term elasticity. Its single-component formulation simplifies application with standard caulking guns, and the black color matches dark surfaces and trim. The 15-minute working time allows for accurate joint tooling while the cured seal remains flexible to accommodate typical substrate movement.

Suitable for

• Sealing window and door frames against glass and PVC profiles
• Filling joints in masonry and stone façades
• Interior trim and furniture joints on wood surfaces
• Exterior gaps and connections exposed to weather

Key specifications

• Formulation: one-component (1K) sealant
• Color: black
• Volume: 310 ml cartridge
• Open/working time: approximately 15 minutes
• Curing: forms an elastic seal suitable for movement accommodation
• Suitable substrates: glass, masonry, PVC, stone, wood

How to use

Prepare joint surfaces by ensuring they are clean, dry and free of loose material, dust and grease. Cut the cartridge tip to the required nozzle size, fit into a standard caulking gun and apply a continuous bead of sealant into the joint. Tool the sealant within the open time to obtain a smooth finish and proper contact with the substrate. Allow the sealant to skin and fully cure according to ambient temperature and humidity; curing time depends on joint depth and environmental conditions.

Recommendations

For best results, test adhesion on an inconspicuous area when using on unfamiliar substrates. Avoid application at temperatures below the manufacturer’s recommended range and protect fresh sealant from rain and condensation until cured. Use appropriate personal protective equipment during application and follow local waste disposal regulations for empty cartridges.
