2-gaats perforator NOVUS B220 ColorID smart grijs — metaalconstructie, 2-gaats tafelperforator

The NOVUS B220 ColorID smart grey is a 2-hole desktop punch engineered for reliable, everyday document hole punching. Built with a metal construction, this compact desktop punch produces two evenly spaced holes suitable for standard binder filing. ColorID marking on the lever enables fast visual identification among office tools, while a practical waste compartment keeps punched chads contained for easy disposal.

Advantages

The metal construction provides durability and stable punching performance over repeated use. The 2-hole format creates consistent hole placement for most common ring binders and filing systems. The ColorID marking helps users quickly spot the tool on a busy desk or in shared office spaces. A built-in waste tray collects paper waste to maintain a tidy workspace and simplify maintenance.

How to use

Position the stack of documents aligned to the punch guide and insert them into the paper slot until they touch the adjustable paper stop. Press the lever down firmly and evenly to create two precise holes. Empty the integrated waste compartment regularly by sliding or lifting the tray according to the device design to remove accumulated chads. For best results, avoid punching stacks thicker than the recommended capacity and ensure papers are not crumpled or stapled in the punching area.

Recommendations

The NOVUS B220 ColorID smart grey is intended for routine desktop use. For consistent lifetime performance, operate on flat surfaces, clear the waste tray periodically, and avoid punching materials that exceed the device's capacity. Use the ColorID marking to organize multiple punches by function or user.
