Good to know

Installation requires opening the laptop case; if you are not comfortable doing this yourself, professional installation is recommended. The battery is rechargeable and should be fully charged before first use. For best longevity, avoid exposing the laptop to extreme heat and store the battery at around 50% charge if not used for extended periods.
