3M PF195W9B beeldschermprivacyfilter 49,5 cm (19,5") monitor randloos beeldschermprivacyfilter

3M Privacy Filter PF195W9B for 19.5" Widescreen Monitor provides effective screen privacy by darkening the display when viewed from the side, while preserving clear on-axis visibility. This frameless display privacy filter is designed for 19.5" widescreen (16:9) monitors and combines microlouver technology with reversible finishes to reduce side viewing, glare and visible fingerprints while adding a protective layer against dust and scratches.

Advantages

Microlouver technology delivers world-class "black out" privacy outside a 60-degree viewing angle while preserving a high-resolution image for the person directly in front of the screen. The filter is reversible: one glossy side and one matte side that reduces glare and helps hide fingerprints. It reduces approximately 35% of blue light transmission and helps reduce reflections so the on-axis image remains clear. The product provides touch compatibility with some devices, is easy to attach, remove and clean, and offers an added durable layer of protection against dust and scratches. Each unit is 100% hand inspected for quality assurance.

• 19.5" widescreen (16:9) monitors
• Office and open-plan workspaces where on-screen confidentiality is required
• Public areas such as reception desks, libraries, and shared workstations

How to use

Clean the monitor surface following the manufacturer's instructions and remove any loose dust. Choose the preferred finish (glossy or matte) and align the frameless filter to the monitor edges. Attach using the supplied mounting system or recommended attachment method for frameless filters, ensuring full contact across the display. To remove, gently lift the filter from one corner and peel it away. Clean the filter with a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild screen-safe cleaner as needed.

Recommendations

For best results, use the matte side when working in bright environments to reduce glare and hide fingerprints; use the glossy side if you prefer slightly higher contrast. Regularly inspect and clean both the screen and filter to maintain image clarity and extend the life of the privacy filter.
