The 3M XT-8015-0356-3 Yellow duct tape is a 25 m indoor-use tape made from polypropylene (PP). With a width of 50 mm and a thickness of 0.13 mm, this tape provides reliable adhesion for fastening and temporary joining tasks. It is designed to tolerate temperatures up to 60 °C and is supplied as a single roll per pack, offering a compact solution for home, workshop, and professional use.

Advantages

This duct tape combines the lightweight strength of polypropylene with an adhesive formulation suitable for a variety of indoor surfaces. Its 50 mm width and 25 m length balance ease of handling with coverage, while the 0.13 mm thickness gives a good combination of flexibility and tear resistance. The yellow color improves visibility for marking and identification. Rated for use up to 60 °C, the tape performs consistently in typical indoor temperature ranges.

Suitable for

• Fastening cables and light objects during installations
• Temporary repairs on piping insulation, ducting, or housings
• Marking zones or equipment with a visible yellow tape
• General-purpose sealing and bundling in workshops or storage areas

For bundling or fastening, wrap the tape with moderate tension to secure the items. For the best hold, apply at ambient indoor temperatures and avoid contact with wet or heavily contaminated surfaces.

Recommendations

Use the tape indoors and avoid continuous exposure to temperatures above 60 °C. For heavy-duty repairs or long-term outdoor applications, choose a tape specifically rated for those conditions. Store the roll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance.
