The Equip 4-Port USB 3.2 Gen 1 Hub with USB-C adapter expands a single free USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port on your netbook, notebook or PC into four additional high-speed ports. With support for data transfer rates up to 5000 Mbit/s and a compact design with a 0.15 m cable, this black hub provides a simple way to connect multiple USB devices while remaining compatible with Windows and Mac systems.

Advantages

The hub offers four additional USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports from one host port, ensuring plug-and-play connectivity and transfer speeds up to 5 Gbit/s. Its small form factor and short integrated cable make it portable and convenient for use with laptops and desktops. The included USB-C adapter increases compatibility with devices that use USB-C to Type-A conversion.

Once connected, the operating system (Windows or macOS) should recognise the hub and the additional ports automatically. Plug your USB devices into the hub's Type-A ports; transfer speeds will depend on the slowest device and the host port capability.

Recommendations

For best performance, connect devices that support USB 3.2 Gen 1 to achieve near-maximum transfer rates and avoid using the hub with very high-power devices that require dedicated power supplies. Check host power limitations when charging multiple peripherals simultaneously.
