Accessoireset FEIN 63806195210 roterend gereedschap schuren schuurpapier accessoire schijfdiameter 11,5 cm

The FEIN 63806195210 accessory set provides a rotary sanding solution with a 11.5 cm (4-1/2 in) diameter disc suitable for medium-sized surfaces. Designed as an alternative to random-orbit or pad sanders, it offers easy operation, high material removal rate and a plastic carrier plate to prevent damage and marks on the workpiece. The set includes a perforated round sanding disc with hook-and-loop fastening and multiple abrasive sheets in different grits; it can be used with or without dust extraction and produces no kickback on edges.

Advantages

The accessory set delivers efficient sanding of medium areas with excellent removal rate and simple handling. The plastic carrier plate protects the workpiece from pressure marks, while the perforated, hook-and-loop surface allows quick abrasive changes. Its design reduces kickback on edges and supports both dust-extraction and standalone use.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing medium-sized wooden surfaces
• Removing old paint or varnish from panels and doors
• Shaping and finishing composite and filler materials
• Preparing surfaces for painting or varnishing

How to use

Attach the perforated sanding disc to the plastic carrier plate using the hook-and-loop surface, then mount the carrier onto the compatible FEIN rotary tool (AFSC 18 QCSL or AFSC 18 QSL). Select an abrasive grit appropriate for the task and start sanding with even, light pressure. For best results, move the tool steadily across the surface and change abrasives progressively from coarse to fine grits as needed.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, dust mask and hearing protection). When possible, connect to a dust-extraction system to reduce airborne dust. Test on a small area before full application to select the correct grit and avoid over-sanding.
