Use only batteries and chargers compatible with the Makita 18V platform. Choose drill bits and driver bits rated for the materials you work with. For prolonged tasks, rotate batteries to maintain consistent performance and allow batteries to cool between heavy cycles. Follow general safe working practices: wear eye protection, secure workpieces, and avoid excessive side load on the tool to prevent premature wear.
