Accuschroefmachine DeWalt DCD791D2-QW, 18V Li-Ion, 2×2Ah accu's, snelspanboorkop 13 mm, 70 Nm, 1,5 kg

The DeWALT DCD791D2-QW is a compact 18V XR Li-Ion drill driver weighing 1.5 kg and supplied with two 2.0 Ah batteries. It features a brushless motor for improved efficiency, a keyless 13 mm chuck and a pistol-grip design that makes it suitable for a wide range of drilling and screwdriving tasks. The tool is designed for use in confined spaces and supports drilling up to 40 mm in wood and 13 mm in steel.

Advantages

The brushless motor technology increases runtime and reduces maintenance compared with brushed motors. Its ultra-compact, lightweight construction and improved rubber overmoulded grip enhance manoeuvrability and comfort during prolonged use. A two-speed all-metal transmission and 15-position adjustable torque control deliver consistent screwdriving and longer tool life. Battery packs include a state-of-charge indicator, and the kit includes a steel belt hook and magnetic bit holder for convenient storage.

Suitable for

• General drilling in wood (up to 40 mm)
• Metal drilling and light fabrication (up to 13 mm)
• Screwdriving and assembly work requiring torque control
• Working in confined or overhead spaces

How to use

Fit the required drill bit or screwdriver bit into the keyless 13 mm chuck and tighten by hand until secure. Select the appropriate torque setting from the 15-position clutch for the material and fastener size. Choose the low or high speed on the two-speed transmission depending on whether you need torque (low speed) or higher RPM (high speed). Hold the pistol-grip drill firmly with both hands where possible and apply steady pressure while drilling or driving screws. Monitor the battery state-of-charge indicator and replace the battery when capacity is low.

Recommendations

For best results, use the multi-voltage charger supplied with the kit to maintain battery health and ensure batteries are fully charged before demanding tasks. Use lower torque settings for delicate materials and higher torque for larger fasteners; allow the brushless motor to cool during extended heavy use to preserve tool life.
