Actidata Calderas D5 5-bay diskless NAS met BNAS OS, Intel Celeron J3455 quad-core, 4GB RAM, 2x Gigabit Ethernet

Small offices and workgroups need reliable, high-capacity storage that multiple users can access at once, without the complexity of a full server room. The Actidata Calderas D5 is a 5-bay desktop NAS that solves this by providing a central, secure repository for files, backups, and media, ready to populate with your own SATA drives. It ships diskless, so you can choose the capacity and drive type that fits your budget and performance needs, and it runs Actidata's BNAS OS, a Linux-based system designed for straightforward management.

Who is it for

This NAS is built for small to medium businesses, remote offices, and advanced home users who need dependable shared storage, data protection with RAID, and the flexibility to run additional applications. It suits IT administrators who want a straightforward setup and users who need to access files from Windows, Mac, or Linux workstations.

Main features
