Actieve converter DisplayPort 1.2 naar HDMI 2.0 Lindy 41068

The Lindy DisplayPort to HDMI Converter enables connection of a DisplayPort source (such as a PC or laptop) to an HDMI display or projector. It supports HDMI 2.0 and delivers full 4K Ultra HD resolution up to 3840x2160 at 60Hz with 4:4:4 chroma and 8-bit colour, making it suitable for high-resolution tasks including 4K video editing and playback. The converter also supports HDCP 2.2 for protected 4K content while remaining compatible with existing Full HD signals.

Advantages

Active conversion from DisplayPort to HDMI ensures broad compatibility with a range of graphics cards and multi‑display technologies, including AMD Eyefinity, NVIDIA Surround and Intel Collage. With up to 18 Gbps bandwidth and support for 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit, the adapter preserves image quality for demanding workflows and immersive gaming or multi‑screen setups. HDCP 2.2 support provides reliable playback of protected 4K media.

Recommendations

For reliable 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 performance, use high-quality HDMI 2.0 cables and confirm that both the display and source support HDCP 2.2. When using multi‑monitor features like AMD Eyefinity or NVIDIA Surround, check graphics card firmware and driver compatibility if displays are not detected as expected.
