Actieve DisplayPort-naar-HDMI-kabel DeLOCK 85958 4K 60Hz 5m

This Active DisplayPort to HDMI cable by DeLOCK (model 85958) converts a DisplayPort 1.2 signal to HDMI, allowing connection of DisplayPort-equipped devices to HDMI displays such as monitors or TVs. The cable supports up to 4K (3840×2160) at 60 Hz and measures 5 m in length with a 7.2 mm diameter. It is a black cable supplied in a polybag and is suitable where a DisplayPort output must be connected to an HDMI input.

Advantages

The cable performs active conversion from DisplayPort to HDMI, so it works with graphics cards that do not provide DP++ (dual-mode) output. It supports 4K at 60 Hz for high-resolution video, offers a long 5 m reach for flexible placement, and uses standard DisplayPort and HDMI connectors for broad compatibility with monitors, TVs and projectors.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop with DisplayPort output to an HDMI monitor or TV
• Multimedia setups where 4K@60Hz playback is required
• Presentations, classrooms and meeting rooms needing longer cable runs
• Systems with graphics cards that do not support DP++/passive conversion

How to use

Connect the DisplayPort plug to the DisplayPort output on the source device (e.g. PC or laptop) and the HDMI plug to the HDMI input on the display device. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display input to the correct HDMI port. For optimal results, configure the source device display settings to the desired resolution and refresh rate (up to 4K@60Hz).

Recommendations

For reliable 4K@60Hz performance, avoid tight cable bends and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources. If the display does not show a signal, check the graphics driver settings and try a different HDMI input on the display; because the cable is active, no DP++ output is required on the source device.
