Acupressuurmat met kussen Qmed ACUPRESSURE MAT — drukpunt-massagemat

Qmed ACUPRESSURE MAT is an acupressure mat with a matching pillow designed for pressure-point massage and relaxation. The mat provides targeted stimulation to the back, neck and shoulders to help relieve muscle tension, support relaxation and promote circulation. The set is suitable for brief home sessions while lying or sitting and can complement existing wellness and recovery routines.

Advantages

The acupressure mat and pillow deliver consistent point pressure over a broad surface area without requiring active manipulation. Point stimulation can be used without oils or creams and the lightweight textile construction makes the mat easy to position and store. The included pillow is shaped to support the neck and upper shoulders for improved contact and even pressure distribution. Materials are selected to be breathable for short-term skin contact during sessions.

How to use

Place the mat on a flat surface such as a bed, sofa or floor and position the pillow under the neck if needed. Begin with thin clothing or a light layer to assess initial comfort; over time you can use the mat directly against the skin if tolerated. Start with brief sessions of 5–10 minutes and gradually extend duration up to 20–30 minutes according to comfort and individual response. For seated use, drape the mat over a chair back and position the pillow to support the neck. Avoid sudden movements while lying on the mat and rise slowly after a session.

Recommendations

Use the Qmed acupressure mat as part of a regular recovery routine, beginning with short intervals to allow the body to adapt. If you have known skin conditions, circulatory disorders, acute injuries, or are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if significant discomfort or adverse reactions occur.
