Adapter Sonnet TB-DHDMI-21 dual 4K HDMI-adapter voor dual-display HDMI-uitvoer

The Sonnet TB-DHDMI-21 Dual 4K HDMI adapter provides two HDMI outputs from a single compatible host port, enabling connection of two 4K HDMI displays. Designed for compact, plug-and-play operation, the adapter supports extended and mirrored display modes to facilitate multi-monitor setups for workstations, content creation, video playback and presentations. Its small footprint simplifies adding dual-screen capability without requiring internal upgrades or additional graphics cards.

Advantages

The adapter supports two simultaneous 4K HDMI outputs, allowing higher-resolution workflows across dual displays. Its plug-and-play design minimizes setup time and does not require additional drivers on most modern operating systems. The compact form factor reduces desk clutter and makes the adapter portable for mobile work. By using a single host connection to drive two displays, it reduces cable complexity compared with two independent adapters or internal installations.

Suitable for

• Office workstations requiring extended desktop or mirrored presentations
• Content creators who need dual 4K reference displays for video and photo editing
• Video playback and media demonstration setups
• Conference rooms and classroom environments for presentations

Key specifications

• Dual HDMI outputs supporting up to 4K resolution on each display
• Single compatible host connection required for dual-display operation
• Supports extended and mirrored display modes
• Compact, portable enclosure suitable for desktop and mobile use

How to use

Connect the adapter to a compatible host port on your computer or workstation, then attach two HDMI cables from the adapter to the respective displays. Power and recognition typically occur automatically on modern operating systems; configure display arrangement and resolution in the system display settings to set extended or mirrored modes and to adjust scaling or orientation as needed. Ensure connected displays are powered on and set to the correct HDMI input.

Recommendations

For best results, use high-quality HDMI cables rated for 4K bandwidth and verify that the host device supports dual-display output over the adapter interface. When working with color-critical content, calibrate each display individually and confirm resolution and refresh rate settings in the operating system.
