Adapter Y-splitter 3x G1/4 inch binnendraad voor waterkoeling, BitsPower BP-YBU-TB, goudafwerking

BitsPower Adapter Y-Splitter 3x G1/4" Female (gold finish) is a compact brass fitting designed for PC water cooling and custom liquid-loop systems. The adapter offers three G1/4" female threads arranged in a Y configuration to split a single coolant feed into two outlets or combine two feeds into one line. Its gold finish provides corrosion protection and visual consistency with gold-accented builds while maintaining compatibility with standard G1/4" threaded fittings and tubing connections used in desktop liquid cooling.

Advantages

The Y-splitter enables flexible loop topologies by adding branching points without requiring additional bulkier manifolds. Manufactured from metal with a plated gold surface, it delivers reliable thread engagement and resistance to wear compared with plastic alternatives. Its compact footprint reduces the space required inside a case, and the standard G1/4" female threading ensures broad compatibility with compression fittings, adapters, and components in PC water-cooling systems.

Suitable for

• Splitting a single radiator or pump outlet to feed two parallel loops
• Combining return lines from two branches into one port
• Adding a connection point for a flow meter, drain valve or quick-disconnect
• Custom loop builds where matching gold finishes are desired

Key specifications

• Thread type: G1/4" female (three ports)
• Material: metal base with gold plated finish
• Configuration: Y-shaped triple-port splitter
• Compatibility: standard PC water-cooling G1/4" fittings and tubing
• Weight and dimensions: compact, designed for limited internal case space

How to use

Install the adapter by screwing one of the G1/4" female ports onto a compatible male-threaded component such as a pump, radiator or fitting. Use appropriate sealant or O-rings where required by your fittings; do not overtighten to avoid damaging threads. Attach the remaining ports to the desired compression fittings or adapters and connect tubing according to your loop layout. Confirm all connections are secure before filling the system and perform a leak test with the loop powered off or the pump running without system power if your setup allows.

Recommendations

Before installation, verify thread compatibility and inspect fittings for burrs. When assembling, tighten fittings by hand first and finish with a small turn using a wrench if necessary. Conduct a pressure or leak test for several hours to ensure system integrity. For aesthetic consistency and corrosion resistance, avoid mixing incompatible metal types in direct contact without appropriate isolation.
