Ademfilter 3M 5911 P1 – voor vaste en vloeibare deeltjes, 2-pack

The 3M 5911 P1 respirator filter pack of 2 provides basic particulate protection for use with compatible 3M bayonet-style half and full facepiece respirators. These P1-rated filters are designed to reduce exposure to non-toxic solid and liquid particles such as light dusts and general woodworking debris. Supplied as two replacement filters, the product is intended for short-duration tasks and routine maintenance where low-level filtration is sufficient.

Advantages

These replacement filters offer straightforward installation on compatible 3M facepieces with bayonet connections and deliver reliable P1 particulate filtration. The compact, low-profile design keeps the user's field of view clear while helping to reduce inhalation of coarse particles and non-toxic mists. Packaged as a set of two, the product supports on-the-spot replacement and helps maintain respirator hygiene and performance.

Suitable for

• Light woodworking and sanding where coarse dust is present
• General maintenance and cleaning tasks with non-toxic dust and mists
• Short-duration jobs that require basic particulate protection
• Situations where compatibility with 3M bayonet-style half or full facepieces is required

Key specifications

• Filter class: P1 (particulate protection for low-level solid and liquid particles)
• Compatibility: bayonet-style connection for compatible 3M half and full facepieces
• Pack quantity: 2 filters per package
• Construction: pleated particulate media in a compact housing
• Intended use duration: short-term or intermittent tasks

How to use

Before fitting, inspect the facepiece and filter housing for damage or contamination. Align the bayonet lugs of the filter with the corresponding slots on the compatible 3M facepiece and engage until secure. Perform a user seal check and follow workplace procedures for respirator fit and maintenance. Replace filters when breathing resistance increases, when soiled or damaged, or according to site-specific replacement schedules. Store unused filters in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight.

Recommendations

Use these P1 filters only for protection against non-toxic solid and liquid particles; they are not suitable for toxic gases, vapors, or high concentrations of airborne contaminants. Choose a higher filter class (e.g., P2/P3) or appropriate chemical cartridges when exposure conditions require greater filtration or combined gas/vapor protection. Always follow local regulations, manufacturer instructions, and fit-testing procedures.
