ADF-pickup-roller-eenheid HP B3Q10-60105 voor HP-printers

ADF Pickup Roller Assembly HP B3Q10-60105 for HP Printers is a replacement pickup roller designed for installation in compatible HP automatic document feeders (ADF). It restores the ADF’s ability to reliably pick and feed sheets, reducing misfeeds and paper jams and helping maintain consistent document scanning and copying performance. The part is intended for maintenance and part replacement to extend device uptime and preserve efficient workflow in office and home environments.

Advantages

The ADF pickup roller provides consistent sheet separation and traction across a variety of paper weights, improving first-page feed reliability and reducing interruptions during batch scanning or copying. As a direct-fit replacement, it offers straightforward installation and restores the original feeding behavior without requiring complex adjustments. Improved feeding reduces downtime for maintenance and helps maintain predictable throughput for routine document handling tasks.

Suitable for

• Restoring reliable feeding in ADF-equipped HP printers and multifunction devices
• Routine maintenance to prevent paper jams and misfeeds during scanning and copying
• Office repair workflows where quick replacement parts reduce equipment downtime
• Home office users needing consistent document feeder performance for batch scans

Key specifications

• Component type: automatic document feeder (ADF) pickup roller assembly
• Compatibility: designed for use in compatible HP ADF-equipped printers and multifunction devices
• Function: sheet pickup, separation and feeding for scanning and copying tasks
• Material properties: durable friction surface optimized for reliable grip on standard office paper
• Role in device: replaces worn feeder roller to restore feed accuracy and reduce jams

How to use

Power off the printer and open the ADF access area following the device manufacturer’s instructions. Remove the old, worn pickup roller by releasing any retaining clips or covers, then install the replacement roller by aligning it with the mounting points and securing it in place. Close the ADF access, power the device on, and run a test scan or copy to confirm proper sheet feeding. Consult the printer’s service manual for images or model-specific steps if needed.

Recommendations

For best results, replace the ADF pickup roller when the device shows signs of frequent misfeeds, slippage, or increased paper jams. Use in conjunction with routine ADF cleaning and periodic inspection of separation pads and feed paths. Handle the roller by its ends and avoid contaminating the friction surface with oils or cleaning fluids that could reduce traction.
