adidas Tiro Competition voetbal scheenbeschermers zwart IP3999 XL

For players who refuse to hold back in the tackle, the adidas Tiro Competition shin guards pair a hard polypropylene shell with a shock-absorbing EVA foam back. The injection-moulded front plate is built to deflect and spread impact, while the integrated ankle guard extends coverage below the shin for extra security during low challenges. A single adjustable hook-and-loop strap keeps the guard aligned through sprints, cuts, and slide tackles, so you can focus on the ball instead of your gear.

Highlights

• Hard 100% polypropylene shell with injection-moulded construction for high-impact protection
• EVA foam backing (60% EVA, 35% polyethylene, 5% recycled material) cushions the shin and improves comfort
• Integrated ankle guard adds protection for the lower leg and ankle area
• Adjustable hook-and-loop strap provides a secure, customised fit
• Lightweight design reduces fatigue during long training sessions and matches
• Adult size XL suits taller players or those who prefer extended shin coverage

In daily use

Slip the Tiro Competition guards into your socks and tighten the strap just enough to hold them in place without restricting circulation. The EVA backing sits against the skin and helps absorb sweat, while the polypropylene shell shrugs off knocks from studs and stray kicks. Because the ankle guard is attached, there is no separate piece to lose in your kit bag. After training, rinse the guards with cold water and let them air dry away from direct heat—the materials resist odour buildup and keep their shape over time.
