Why choose it

Induction heating is faster and more energy-efficient than conventional electric or gas hobs. The Adler AD 6516 responds instantly to touch commands, letting you adjust heat exactly when needed. Two zones with different maximum outputs give you flexibility—use the larger 2000 W zone for a wok or large pan, and the 1500 W zone for a saucepan or smaller cookware. The automatic pot detection ensures the hob only activates when compatible cookware is placed on it, adding both safety and peace of mind.

Ideal use cases

• Compact apartments and studio kitchens where space is at a premium
• Quick daily meals for one or two people
• Cooking techniques that require precise temperature control, such as searing, simmering, and melting chocolate

Good to know

This induction hob plugs into a standard 220–240 V outlet and does not require professional installation. The ceramic glass surface is resistant to scratches and stains, and the touch control panel is protected from spills. Only use induction-compatible cookware with a flat base between 12 and 26 cm in diameter to ensure optimal performance. The timer and overheat protection make it a safe choice for busy kitchens.
