Afdekplaat RITTAL 8660.091 voor racks, staalgrijs, 800 × 100 mm, 2 stuks

RITTAL 8660.091 trim panel is a steel accessory designed for 19-inch server and network racks. Finished in steel grey and sized 800 × 100 mm, the pack contains two identical panels intended for closing gaps in rack enclosures and supporting controlled airflow through the cabinet base or plinth. The panels are compatible with base/plinth systems and can be used where matching height, material and a vented solution are required to improve ventilation and maintain a tidy rack appearance.

Advantages

The panels provide a robust steel construction with a uniform grey finish that integrates with standard rack furniture. Supplied as a pack of two, they enable consistent sealing and airflow management at the cabinet base or plinth. Vented design and optional attachment points allow flexible placement, either on the base/plinth front or at the side of the base/plinth corner piece, improving enclosure ventilation without modifying the rack structure.

How to use

Position the trim panel at the desired opening of the rack base or plinth so that the panel aligns with the enclosure mounting points. Secure the panel using the appropriate fasteners or trim panel attachments provided by the rack system — ensure alignment with the base/plinth height and side corner pieces if fitting at a corner. Use one or two vented panels depending on the required venting area and placement; verify that the panels do not obstruct cable routing or access to other components.

Recommendations

For effective ventilation, combine the vented trim panels with other rack airflow management measures such as blanking panels, cable routing ducts and properly located fans. When installing at the base or plinth corner, check that attachment points are secure and that the panel orientation maintains unobstructed venting paths.
