Afdekraam 4-voudig Gira 021409 voor modulaire schakelsystemen, 4-voudige montage

Gira 021409 is a 4-fold cover frame designed for Gira modular switch systems, providing a uniform finish for four adjacent modules in one plate. The frame aligns and secures inserts for switches, sockets or control units and is intended for use with compatible Gira modular mechanisms. Its design supports neat, flush-mounted installations in residential and commercial interiors where multiple controls are grouped together.

Advantages

The cover frame offers precise alignment of four modules in a single, stable plate, simplifying installation and ensuring consistent appearance across grouped controls. Its geometry and mounting fit are matched to Gira modular components, which reduces gaps and improves the visual continuity of a switch field. Made for durability and repeated use during installation and maintenance, the frame contributes to a tidy finish and easier module replacement.

How to use

Install the cover frame after mounting the compatible modular inserts and attaching the underlying mounting frame or box. Align the four inserts within the frame openings, press the cover into place until it engages securely with the mounting frame, and ensure that all adjacent modules sit flush and evenly. For removal, gently pry the frame away from the mounting frame using an appropriate non-marring tool, taking care not to damage surrounding finishes or modules.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility with the installed Gira modular mechanisms and mounting frames before purchase. Use the cover frame only with matching system components and follow local electrical installation regulations. If painting or wall refinishing is planned, install the frame after surface finishes are complete to avoid paint on visible surfaces. For cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth and avoid aggressive chemicals that could affect the frame surface.
