Afplakband 3M beige 24 mm x 50 m

Masking Tape 3M Beige 24mm x 50m is a crepe-paper masking tape designed for precise painting and surface protection. It is suitable for air drying and oven curing of paint systems up to 100°C for 1 hour, provides good solvent and moisture resistance, and is intended for indoor use. The tape combines conformability with easy tearability and instant adhesion to help create clean paint lines and prevent bleed.

Advantages

The tape offers good solvent and moisture resistance, a crepe paper backing that conforms to irregular surfaces and tears easily, and a rubber adhesive that gives instant adhesion and reliable holding power while allowing clean removal without residue when used as directed.

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust or grease. Unroll the 3M beige masking tape and apply it firmly along the edge to be masked, pressing down to achieve full contact. For best results, tear the tape by hand along the crepe backing for a quick application. After painting and when the paint is touch-dry, remove the tape slowly and evenly at a low angle to minimize edge lifting.

Recommendations

Use indoors and avoid prolonged outdoor exposure. Do not exceed the specified oven cure temperature and time (100°C for 1 hour). Test on a small area if surface sensitivity or paint formulation is unknown.
