Afsluitplug BitsPower BP-PRE-06 G1/4 glanzend zilver – premium afsluitfitting

BitsPower BP-PRE-06 G1/4 shiny silver is a compression closure plug created for liquid-cooling loops and custom PC water-cooling systems. The fitting uses a standard G1/4 thread to seal unused ports on radiators, water blocks and reservoirs. Finished in shiny silver, the plug provides a compact, low-profile seal that helps prevent leaks and keeps tubing layouts tidy in both hobbyist and professional assemblies.

Advantages

The compression design ensures a reliable seal without additional tools or sealants, and the G1/4 compatibility matches common fittings used across water-cooling components. The metallic shiny silver finish resists corrosion and maintains a consistent appearance with other metal fittings. Its compact form factor reduces obstruction in tight mounting locations and supports secure, vibration-resistant closure of unused ports.

Suitable for

• Sealing unused G1/4 ports on radiators
• Closing spare ports on CPU and GPU water blocks
• Plugging reservoir or pump ports during system assembly or transport
• Neat cable and tubing routing in custom liquid-cooling builds

Key specifications

• Thread standard: G1/4
• Type: Compression closure plug
• Finish: Shiny silver metal
• Compatibility: Standard PC water-cooling fittings and components using G1/4 thread
• Form factor: Low-profile, compact

How to use

Hand-thread the compression plug into an unused G1/4 port on a radiator, block or reservoir until it engages, then tighten by hand until snug. For a firmer connection, use an appropriate wrench on the hex section if present, taking care not to overtighten and risk damaging the port or threading. Verify the seal after filling the loop and during initial leak testing; retighten gently if any seepage is detected.

Recommendations

Before installation, inspect the port and plug threads for debris or damage and ensure compatible thread type. Perform a pressure or leak test after filling the system and again after several hours of operation. Avoid excessive torque when tightening to preserve threads and maintain long-term sealing performance.

BitsPower BP-PRE-06 G1/4 shiny silver is suitable for builders seeking a standard, reliable closure fitting to finish or maintain liquid-cooling loops while preserving a consistent metallic appearance in their system.
